Real Madrid's Brazilian right-back Danilo will undergo an operation on his right heel on Thursday, the Spanish giants announced.

The 24-year-old underwent tests Tuesday and it was decided he undergo "an endoscopy on his right heel" by the same medical team who will operate on goalkeeper Keylor Navas' left foot on the same day.

Danilo signed for Real from Porto in July 2015 and came on as a replacement in Real's Champions League final win over city rivals Atletico.
