Juventus midfielder Paul Pogba has been sidelined for nearly two months with a torn hamstring, the Serie A giants announced Thursday.

Pogba limped off during Juve's 3-0 win over Borussia Dortmund on Wednesday which secured qualification for the Champions League quarter-finals.

The French international underwent tests on Thursday which confirmed a "grade two injury to the right hamstring," according to a club statement.

It added: "His return to competition is expected to be in 50 days."
