Juventus coach Antonio Conte said he won't be turning to Napoli counterpart Rafael Benitez for useful tips on Portuguese sides ahead of the Bianconeri's upcoming Europa League semi-finals against Benfica.

Juventus travel to a Benfica side which is on the verge of securing the Portuguese title for the first leg of their last four tie on April 24.

Asked if he would be asking for advice from Benitez, whose side were ousted from the competition's last 16 by FC Porto, Conte told Sky Sport: "I don't think so, given their previous results against Portuguese teams.

"Napoli were eliminated by FC Porto. So I would prefer not to (ask for advice), I'll be trusting my own connections."

Juventus last week became the first Italian team since Fiorentina in 2008 to qualify for the last four of Europe's second tier club competition following a 3-1 aggregate win over Lyon.

On Monday the Italian champions took another step towards a third consecutive scudetto with a 2-0 away win at Udinese which restored their eight-point lead on Roma.

Conte's side have now amassed 87 points with five games remaining and are on course for an unprecedented 100-point tally.

Inter Milan hold the record for the most points from a 20-team league in which three points are awarded for a win.

The Nerazzurri amassed 97 points at the end of the 2006-2007 season -- the first in which Juventus were absent following their demotion to Serie B following the Calciopoli match-fixing scandal.
