Franck Ribery's teenage brother made his debut for Bayern Munich's reserves in their 2-0 regional league defeat at Augsburg on Saturday -- and ended up playing alongside Bastian Schweinsteiger's sibling.

Steven Ribery, 18, who is the younger brother of France's European Footballer of the Year, came on for the final 30 minutes and played up front alongside Tobias Schweinsteiger, 32, elder brother of Bayern's Germany star Bastian.

The Bayern team lost despite having two famous names in their side, but remain top of the Bavarian regional league and are set to be promoted to the third Bundesliga next season.

The younger Ribery joined his famous brother at Bayern last November and had scored four goals in 10 appearances for their Under-19 team before his reserve team debut having previously played for RC Lens' Under-19 side.
