Grealish gets nod from Guardiola for Man City trip to Copenhagen

Jack Grealish was handed just his second Manchester City start this year as the holders resume their defence of the Champions League away to FC Copenhagen in the last 16 on Tuesday.

The England international got the nod from Pep Guardiola ahead of Jeremy Doku among three changes from City's 2-0 win over Everton in the Premier League on Saturday.

Captain Kyle Walker and Kevin De Bruyne return to the starting line-up after being rested at the weekend with Manuel Akanji, Julian Alvarez and Doku dropping out.

Erling Haaland starts up front after scoring his first goals since November against Everton.

Copenhagen have not played a competitive game since beating Galatasaray to reach the knockout stages in December as their domestic league takes a winter break.

Scottish international Scott McKenna makes his debut after joining on loan from Nottingham Forest in the January transfer window.
